Summer is here. And so are the reroutes. Management devised every word of its current “work rules” without a Delta Flight Attendant in the room.

We love our jobs as Delta Flight Attendants. And that’s why we want a union.

What would a union mean for us and how do we get it? Simple.

Management makes big claims about the time it takes to negotiate a contract. But the truth is it took them YEARS to implement trip upgrade “enhancements.”

Delta management gives us 56 hours of Paid Personal Time (PPT) a year. PPT is management’s catch-all bucket for sick time hours, personal drops/time, the first seven days of an on-the-job injury (OJI), and covering pay for FMLA.

We are organizing with the Flight Attendant union to gain our right to negotiate the industry-leading contract we deserve and our profession needs to further advance our careers.
