It’s Day 5 of this meltdown and senior Delta management has not communicated a plan to fix this mess. The systems are still going down unexpectedly. Just today, as of 12:30p.m. ET, we’re limping along with another 13% canceled and 21% delayed.

We’re on Day 4 of the CrowdStrike meltdown at Delta and no matter what management tells you, it’s a Delta-only problem. At this point, all other airlines have recovered, but we have 844 cancellations and 1,578 delays and counting today.

This is not just about a pin or a picture—it’s about defending our dignity.
