Union Flight Attendants are an integral part of the Delta Global Network.

Nearly all of our SkyTeam Flying Partners are union – that’s how they’ve successfully secured better working conditions while maintaining our world-class SkyTeam brand.
It’s time for Delta Flight Attendants to unionize so we can fight forward for better working conditions. Together, with our union Flying Partners, we’ll make the SkyTeam brand the best in the world.

Here are just a few things our SkyTeam Flying Partners have accomplished through their union:
- Aeromexico Flight Attendants secured 4.5% wage increases by threatening to strike.
- Korean Air Flight Attendants got 7% wage increases and reduced monthly working hours from 226 to 209 hours.
- Air France Flight Attendants used a strike threat to successfully negotiate higher wages and fight back against reductions on long-haul flights.
- KLM Flight Attendants went on strike to secure ground pay.
- Aerolíneas Argentinas cabin crew fought privatization and secured a 16% wage increase.
Our Delta Global Network will be stronger when all Flight Attendants have a voice on the job. Union proud, Delta proud, SkyTeam proud. Let’s get this done.
