Delta claims that this change in vacation pay is part of its commitment to “industry total rewards for industry-leading performance.” While it’s true that this increase brings us above American and United, it doesn’t quite make us industry-leading.
Although Delta won’t compare us to these airlines, it’s important to note what we can achieve together when we build our union and negotiate & secure our own industry-leading contract.
