As we get closer to filing for our union, Delta management finally announced a raise of 4%, effective June 1. 

AFA Activist Brittany Norris (NYC) joined fellow workers, with Sara Nelson, Senator Sanders, and Mayor Mamdani in New York City last weekend to fight for our right to unionize. Union Now’s rally reminded us how important it is for Delta Flight Attendants to have a say in our workplace.

The May bid packet is out and once again (just like last year), Delta management has conveniently put our schedule values one hour shy of triggering our ability to earn override pay. Just like they did in April. 

Delta management gives us 56 hours of PPT a year. And this hasn’t changed since 2016!

Delta management announced an estimated 8.9% payout in profit sharing for 2025. This is great news – we’ve worked hard alongside our colleagues at Delta all year long.

Management unilaterally changed the way Flight Attendants are paid in 2018. There are more than 10,000 Flight Attendants currently on the line since this change was made. You may not realize how much our flexibility has suffered since.
