We're Back!
We’re back! Delta’s COVID restrictions are lifted and Delta AFA Flight Attendants were back in crew rooms this week talking with our flying partners about why we’re organizing for our Flight Attendant Union. Why? Better pay, better operational conditions, support, and more.
As you come back on the line and summer flying picks up, look for our flying partners in lounges and on the concourse, stop by to ask questions, or grab an AFA pin or sticker to show your support for our Flight Attendant Union at Delta!
Want to join us next time in the lounge? Sign up to make positive change at Delta and get involved with our campaign. You can always request a card or an AFA pin here.
Our AFA campaign is already making a difference. Just last week, the Ninth Circuit gave Washington state the green light to apply its state sick leave law to airline employees, backing a trial court's decision to toss a challenge from the airline industry. In 2018, AFA intervened in a lawsuit filed by Airlines for America, the industry's trade group, that attempted to block airline workers' access to the sick leave law. AFA argued the case and won! This will have a direct impact for Seattle-based Delta Flight Attendants.

Delta Flight Attendants should not have to fear discipline for calling out sick. A Flight Attendant in SLC shouldn't get different treatment from a manager than a Flight Attendant in NYC. With our Flight Attendant union, we will have a fair, clear process to protect us and fellow Flight Attendants by our side. RSVP Here >
