Organizing & Collective Bargaining Wins PSY Commuting

IT'S OFFICIAL: Thanks to our organzing and advocacy—and Delta ALPA's collective bargainning, Delta management officially announced that the PSY commuting policy for  pilots will be applied to Flight Attendants, too. According to Allison's memo, "Effective immediately and through Dec. 31, 2021, IFS will also reinstate PSY commuting to provide you with travel to/from your base and home city on record."

Delta pilots collectively bargainned and we organized to create meanigful change for Delta Flight Attendants RIGHT NOW. 

This is a great beginning, but until we have a contract, management can change the policies on a whim. This change will be a major benefit for commuters, but positive space is just the start.
