Starting in March, AFA Flight Attendants at Alaska will make more than Delta Flight Attendants in hourly wages and boarding pay increasing overall pay on average of 9.6%. Flight Attendants will also receive 25 months of retropay.
Alaska Flight Attendants secured industry-leading boarding pay worth more money than ours and boarding time counts toward minimum flying requirements to qualify for benefits.

We heard Delta management was talking about Alaska profit sharing.
AFA Alaska Flight Attendants love Profit Sharing–that’s why they secured it in their contract: Flight Attendants will receive the same percentage as other workgroups at Alaska (Section 29, A). That's more protection than we have today.
This year, Alaska paid out $327 million in profit sharing company-wide, which equals about 11% or 6 weeks of additional pay for every worker.
