Keep calling Congress for our jobs!
Flight Attendants across the industry including Delta Flight Attendant AFA activists have been pushing Congress to extend the Payroll Support Program. On Wednesday, 16 Senate Republicans confirmed support of the Payroll Support Program. Senate Democrats already support the extension and have proposed this as part of the full COVID-19 relief package. This means more than 60 Senators support our Payroll Support Program extension to March 31, 2021. Remember, a bipartisan majority of the House of Representatives has already backed the extension.

Momentum is growing! But the bill is not done. We have to keep up the calls! Make two calls (both Senators) every day. Thank those who support us and encourage them to continue to fight for us and gain support from those who have not yet weighed in.

Sample Script:
"Hello, I am a constituent calling to ask my Senator to help save my job as an essential worker. An overwhelming majority of bipartisan Representatives in the House sent a letter last week urging leadership to extend CARES Act Payroll Support Program for aviation workers to avoid massive job loss in October and continue service to all of our communities. I need my Senator to make sure this is done before the August recess. Keep us connected to our jobs, paychecks, & healthcare.”
