Award travel for free? Not quite. There’s a FEE.

Above and Beyond Passes
Like boarding pay and profit sharing, we’ll take the improvements we’ve earned now and organize for a legally binding contract.
The Above and Beyond passes were appreciated. But for those of us who already have two sets of positive space tickets from previous meltdowns, this doesn’t cut it. In addition to unilaterally shifting the tax burden to employees, which completely removes any upsides, these passes fail to compensate many of us for the time we've lost waiting in airports and hotels across the country.
We deserve a legally binding contract, with stronger reroute protections and clearer work rules, to protect us from situations like the Crowdstrike meltdown in the future.
